Terms of Service

LaunchCopilot is a small software service run by an independent operator. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.

The service

LaunchCopilot audits landing pages and generates launch material: scores and suggested fixes, hero rewrites, share-card images, waitlist pages and draft posts. Output is AI-generated suggestions. It can be wrong or generic, so review everything before you use it. We do not post anything on your behalf; you publish drafts yourself.

Your account

• You are responsible for your login and for activity under your account.
• Every account starts with a 7-day free trial that requires no card. There is no permanent free plan.
• Plans have monthly usage limits shown in your dashboard.

Payment

Paid plans (Solo $19/month, Pro $49/month) renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered in the refund policy.

Your content

You keep ownership of the pages and copy you submit and of the output generated for you. You give us permission to process your content to provide the service. Only submit pages and text you have the right to use.

Waitlist pages

If you collect email addresses with a waitlist page, you are the controller of that data. You must not use the feature for spam, deceptive pages or anything unlawful, and you are responsible for how you contact signups.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, submit pages you are not allowed to analyze, or use it to generate unlawful, deceptive or harassing content. We may suspend accounts that do.

No warranty and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee any launch result, traffic or sales. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app.
