Privacy Policy

This page explains what we collect when you use LaunchCopilot and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and a hashed password.
• Content you submit: landing-page URLs or pasted copy, the page text we fetch from a URL you give us, and the audits and drafts generated from it.
• Waitlist data: email addresses people enter on waitlist pages you create.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
• Usage data: pages viewed and key actions, via product analytics, to see what works.
• Technical data: IP address and request logs, used for security and rate limiting.

How we use it

To run the service, generate your audits and assets, take payments, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your data. Your submitted content is sent to AI model providers solely to generate your results.

Who processes it

We rely on service providers for hosting, payments, analytics and AI processing. They handle data only on our behalf to provide those functions.

Waitlist signups

Emails collected through your waitlist page belong to you. Visitors who join are told their email goes to the page owner. You are responsible for how you use that list.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. Email us to delete your account and its data; we will do so within 30 days, except records we must keep for billing or legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing us.

Cookies and storage

We store your sign-in token in your browser and use analytics cookies to count visits and actions.
